Happy February from rooh!
Celebrating our supporters with our new referral program

🎧 Fueling today’s newsletter: Appreciating you and spreading the word!
Big news from rooh HQ! We’re launching something special just for you—our brand-new referral program. You already know that rooh is all about making well-being simpler and more accessible, and now, you can help spread the love and get rewarded for it.
Here’s the deal: The first 10 subscribers who refer 10 friends to rooh will score some exclusive rooh swag! Because let’s be honest—what’s better than feeling good and getting cool stuff?
We believe well-being is better together, and this is just another way we’re making it easier (and more fun!) to share what works. More details coming soon, but for now—start thinking about who in your circle could use a little rooh. 💫

"Every symptom is a message. Our job is to listen."
- Nicole Sachs
We're excited about Nicole Sachs' upcoming discussion at 92NY this Wednesday, and we hope to see you there! Here’s some insight into why you need to pay attention to her work.
Her new book, “Mind Your Body” explores the powerful connection between our physical symptoms and the deeper emotional meaning they may be trying to convey to you. Sachs' research reveals how unprocessed emotions and stress can manifest as real, physical pain, offering a revolutionary approach to healing. When we address the emotional roots of these symptoms, we can begin to resolve the physical pain.
The Stress-to-Growth Switch
Try Sachs's "JournalSpeak" method right now:
Set a timer for 2 minutes and write down every uncomfortable thought or feeling you're having, without any judgement or filters. Just let the words flow freely.
Once the timer goes off, delete or tear up what you’ve written. This quick release can help process buried emotions that may be contributing to physical tension.
This week, begin a daily "Pain-Emotion Log."
When you experience ANY physical discomfort, note the sensation and ask yourself, "What was I thinking about or dealing with right before this started?" Simply observe any patterns that emerge between your emotional state and your physical symptoms, without trying to fix anything. This increased awareness alone can begin to shift your body’s stress response.
Share with us: Have you ever noticed the difference between how your body feels when you're stressed versus relaxed?
