130 Pages That Sparked a Journey
130 pages that sparked our personal growth journeys & they may spark something for you too.

“Every human is an artist. The dream of your life is to make beautiful art.”
- Don Miguel Ruiz
What if we told you that our entire organization was born from the pages of a book? A mere 130 pages sparked the creation of rooh. The catalyst wasn't just the book itself, but the journey it took us on. It led us to chance encounters, meaningful connections, and eventually, to each other. From there, the desire to collaborate and create together was born. |
Life has a way of guiding us towards what we need, whether it's people, places, or even books, to craft the life we envision. We’re all artists and our lives are meant to be lived creating beautiful art as Don Miguel Ruiz reminds us in The Four Agreements.
Yet, amidst this potential lies the weight of our beliefs and agreements, inherited or self-imposed, which can constrain us. Through his four simple yet profound agreements, Ruiz offers a path to liberation and empowerment & helps us transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.

The Second Agreement: Don’t Take Anything Personally “Whatever happens around you, don’t take it personally. Even when a situation seems so personal, even if others insult you directly, it has nothing to do with you. What they say, what they do, and the opinions they give are according to the agreements they have in their own minds.” (pg 47-49) | ![]() |
![]() | The Third Agreement: Don’t Make Assumptions “We have the tendency to make assumptions about everything. The problem with making assumptions is that we believe they are truth. We could swear they are real. That is why when we make assumptions, we’re asking for problems.” |
The Fourth Agreement: Always Do Your Best “Just do your best – in any circumstance in your life. It doesn’t matter if you are sick or tired, if you always do your best there is no way you can judge yourself. And if you don’t judge yourself there is no way you are going to suffer from guilt, blame, and self-punishment. By always doing your best, you will break a big spell that you have been under.” (pg 77) | ![]() |
We recommend giving these 130 pages a read. They transformed our lives and they might transform yours too. |

About the Author: Don Miguel Ruiz, who comes from a lineage of Toltec tradition, a philosophy and lifestyle practiced by ancient inhabitants of south-central Mexico, initially pursued a career as a medical doctor. After a life-altering accident, he immersed himself in the study of Toltec wisdom. This led him to write "The Four Agreements" in the late 1990s – a book that distills the essence of Toltec tradition into four simple yet powerful agreements for personal transformation. |
