this week with rooh

the power of small acts in growing rooh

Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”

I thought I’d take this week to (re)introduce myself—I’m Anusha, the founder of rooh.

As I’ve been finishing Rutger Bregman’s book Moral Ambition, I’m focused on the idea of combining idealism with entrepreneurial action to tackle challenges. One story that stuck with me is about Rob Mather, the founder of the Against Malaria Foundation. He didn’t start with a huge organization or global support. Instead, he shared his idea with just a few friends, who then shared it with their friends. Before long, what began as a small conversation became a ripple effect—one that’s now protected millions of people from malaria.

That story resonates as we shape rooh’s vision. rooh is still a concept—a seed of an idea about how personalized well-being support can meet people where they are. Our hope is to build a space that’s nurturing and adaptable, one that helps you explore what truly resonates with your well-being journey.

This concept of moral ambition—taking our idealistic dreams and turning them into action—guides us as we lay the foundation for rooh. While we’re still in the early stages, we believe that small acts of connection can build a meaningful community.

So I’d love for you to join us:

  • Share rooh: Tell three friends about our mission to bring personalized well-being resources to everyone.

  • Follow us: Check out @with.rooh for daily inspiration and updates.

  • Stay connected: Subscribe to our newsletter for weekly well-being insights and updates on what we’re building together.

Thank you for being here and for believing in the power of small acts and shared purpose. Let’s continue to grow together.
